Wake Windows for 6-Month-Olds

At 6 months, wake windows range from 2 to 3 hours, progressively lengthening throughout the day:

  • Morning wake window: 2 hours - shortest window of the day
  • Midday wake window: 2.5 hours - middle stretch
  • Afternoon wake window: 3 hours - longest before bedtime

Feeding and Sleep at 6 Months
